- Users must maintain a clean IP range and avoid prolonged high CPU usage. We emphasize proactive communication; if we do not receive a report, we may not intervene immediately.
- To minimize service disruptions, we prefer to lock the system temporarily until the customer contacts our support team.
Account Security

- Immediate notification to JetRDP.net is required in case of any security breach or unauthorized access.
Payment and Billing
- All services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
